I work with a range of clientele including athletes working towards higher performance, transgender people seeking gender euphoria, accident survivors in need of long term injury rehabilitation, and everyone in between. I appreciate the uniqueness every client of mine brings.
My programs are challenging, but nurturing, playful, and if nothing else - enjoyable too. I integrate mindfulness, resilience building, and body awareness exercises to add to the positive psychological impact of movement, and aim to educate my clients so they can independently lead healthy, balanced lives.
